Management at Cafe Ole in Huntingdon Valley said it happened last Wednesday, Nov. 1.
"The girls just ran downstairs and called (911)," an owner told Daily Voice. "They came in with their faces covered."
The video shows one man holding the door while three others walk inside and snatch the banner before leaving.
Owner Moshe Buchnik said on Facebook that the flag has since been replaced by a "kind stranger, who 'heard a rumor' that we may need a replacement."
He also thanked community members for an "outpouring of assistance, support, and genuine compassion" since the incident went viral.
Cafe Ole said it reported the vandals to police.
